RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Qudrah Herbs (operated by Turn Rich Resources), customer satisfaction is our top priority. However, as our products (Jus Qudrah & Gel Qudrah) fall under the category of health supplements and consumables, strict hygiene and safety protocols apply. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. 100% Replacement Guarantee for Damaged Items

We pack our items securely, but accidents during transit by our courier partners (Ninjavan / J&T) may occur. If you receive a broken, leaked, or damaged bottle, we offer a 1-to-1 replacement at no extra cost to you.

Conditions for replacement:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.
  • You must provide clear photo or video evidence of the damaged parcel (including the airway bill/consignment note attached to the box) and the broken bottle.
  • Once verified, we will ship a new replacement bottle to your address immediately.

2. Incorrect Item Received

If we accidentally shipped the wrong package or missing items (e.g., missing free gifts), please contact us within 3 days of receipt. We will arrange to send the correct/missing items to you immediately. We will bear all additional shipping costs incurred.

3. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Situations

Due to health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we DO NOT accept returns or issue refunds under the following circumstances:

  • Change of mind: You decided you no longer want the product after it has been shipped or delivered.
  • Opened/Used Products: The safety seal has been broken or the product has been consumed.
  • Taste/Efficacy Expectations: Natural botanical products may have slight variations in taste. Individual health results also vary, and we cannot issue refunds based on personal dissatisfaction with the taste or delayed health results.
  • Failed Delivery due to Customer: If the courier fails to deliver the parcel because you provided an incorrect address, wrong phone number, or refused to accept the parcel (for COD orders) without valid reason.

4. Refund Process (If Applicable)

In rare cases where a monetary refund is approved by our management (instead of a replacement), the following process applies:

  • For online payments (Stripe/PayNow/FPX), the refund will be credited back to your original payment method. It may take 5 to 10 business days for your bank to process and reflect the amount in your account.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be transferred manually to your designated bank account once approved.
