4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

For customers opting for the Cash on Delivery (COD) service in Singapore or Malaysia:

• You must ensure that you or an authorized representative is available at the provided shipping address to receive the parcel and make the full payment to the courier.
• Refusal to accept a COD parcel upon delivery without a valid reason may result in your phone number, IP address, and home address being permanently banned from our store and blocked from future purchases.
